His experience in wine making and recommendations to go with the several courses were great and widened our knowledge of wines. During the course of the meal, some interesting stories about how wine keeps over time. This was delightful, delicious, stress-free and just what we wanted. We had a birthday dinner for 7. Federico was flexible and forthcoming with ideas to allow me to settle on a great menu that suited the birthday girl and also accommodated a gluten-free guest (beef tacos, pea velouté and scallop, slow-cooked beef rib, raspberry millefeuille, cheese). He then supplied everything (including the delicious cheese and a waiter) and gave very helpful wine pairing suggestions. Kitchen left immaculate
